We need

2 pastry crust leaves
2-3 small brown mushrooms
2-3 white small mushrooms
2 tablespoons of cheese cottage
1 tablespoons light cream nounou telia
1 tablespoons of chopped parsley
1 tablespoons of chopped dill
1/2 leek
1 egg white
salt
pepper
1 wax paper
1 tablespoons of olive oil spread on the baking pan

Preparation

Preheat the oven in 180o C. Clean the leek, wash it and cut it in grummets.

Clean the mushrooms with a wet towel. Put them in a baking pan laid with wax paper and bake then for almost 10 minutes.

Then cut the mushrooms in small pieces and put them in a bowl. Add in the bowl the cheese cottage, the cream, the leek, the parsley, the dill, salt, pepper and mix well. On a working surface put 1 leave and spread 3-4 tablespoons from the mixture at lengthwise its big side. Wrap it to form a roll and holding one edge start wrapping to create a snail. Repeat with the rest leave.

Put the mini cheese pies in a baking pan, grease them with the oil, the scrambled egg whites an bake them in the preheated oven for 25-30 .
